The Easter Menu at San Michele Ristopizza: a burst of flavor and tradition!
We will welcome you with a welcome aperitif, followed by:
- Warm cuttlefish salad with crispy vegetables and passion fruit dressing;
- "Cascina Battivacco" carnaroli risotto with asparagus brunoise, marinated egg powder, creamed with "Caseificio Carena" mascarpone;
- Homemade egg caserecce with Welsh lamb ragù;
- Crunchy Adriatic Swordfish with marinated cherry tomatoes, confit artichoke and lemon sauce;
- Artisanal "Italo Vezzoli" Colomba served with our mascarpone cream;
- Coffee;
- Water.
The entire menu (excluding wine) at €55.
For wine, you will have a selection from the best wines on our list, so you can choose your favorite bottles at the moment.
For the children we have prepared a menu at €25 including pasta (choice of tomato, pesto, ragù or plain), organic chicken cutlet accompanied by french fries and chocolate ice cream.
